So at Pfeiffer Design, we’ll create and build custom furniture specifically to fit your space and concept, managing every stage from CAD drawings to the finished item entirely in-house. Showcasing the Endless Possibilities

Pfeiffer Design is proud to introduce the Pfeiffer Design Collection.

To illustrate the practically endless range of options available when you opt for bespoke, made to measure furniture, we designed and individually hand-built our Collection to be the centrepieces of our Studio showroom. From concept to CAD drawings, each piece has been meticulously designed for purpose from the furniture shapes and sizes, to the choice of fabrics, to the stuffings and fillings of seat pads and cushions, all by our skilled local frame-makers.

Custom-built using top-quality materials

Bespoke furniture is an investment, and we’ll build yours to last, and look good, for many years to come. Our frames are made from solid British beech, long prized by furniture-makers for its fine, tight grain, even texture and pale colour, which make it incredibly strong, hardwearing, and easy to stain and polish. Every piece is individually hand-built to order by skilled local frame-makers we’ve worked with for many years, and backed by an unconditional 15-year guarantee.

Chic, comfortable and easy to care for

You have a choice of cushion fillings, including feather, fibre and foam, to suit particular pieces of furniture, and your own preferences. Feather cushions are soft and luxurious, while fibre cushions are more resilient and durable; both will need regular plumping and turning. Foam cushions give a more tailored look, and retain their shape by themselves. In our experience, a foam centre surrounded by a feather-and-fibre outer layer offers the best combination of softness, recovery, support and shape. All our cushion fillings and upholstery materials comply with UK fire regulations, and are guaranteed for two years.

RE-UPHOLSTERY SERVICE

Restoring furniture to its former glory

If you have a well-loved, useful piece of furniture that won’t match your new interior, or is just looking a bit tired, we can help here, too. Through our in-house re-upholstery service, we can take any item of furniture and make it as good as new, or totally transform it to fit with your home’s new look. We’ll transport your furniture to and from our workshop in our own van, then unpack and put it exactly where you want it on its return; we also provide a full aftersales service for your peace of mind.
