Our new ‘Grand Design’ project

A large residential building features varied architectural styles, including brick and wood elements. It has multiple steep roofs and several windows, situated in a grassy area with shrubs.

We’re delighted to have been selected as the interior architectural designers on a large new build residential project just outside of Guildford.  The owners, who are a former clients of ours, chose us to undertake all the interior and architectural design elements.

The family home is going to be a fantastic new timber framed house set in the stunning countryside of Surrey Hills.  Alongside us, our clients have taken on a principal architect, a main contractor with their own subcontractors, a structural engineer and quantity surveyor.

We’re all working together to ensure our client’s grand design turns into a reality (and even exceeds their expectations).  We are primarily tasked with producing a design concept, detailed and technical designs through all the technical stages,  such as joinery, sanitary, lighting, smart home and electrical elements.  We will take the project from instigation through to delivery stage.
