Pfeiffer Design is delighted to share our preliminary designs for an exciting new project in Lewes. Southover Grange is a beautiful 16th century Grade II* listed manor house, which is currently being refurbished to provide a stunning location for weddings and other ceremonies such as civil partnerships, naming ceremonies and citizenship ceremonies.
Our brief was to revitalise the suite of new ceremony and preparation rooms on the ground and first floor, to help people celebrate their special day in style. Working with the existing period features including magnificent oak panelling and ornate plaster moulded ceilings, we have developed an exciting new concept that honours the history of the building whilst introducing contemporary touches and vibrant colours. Spectacular lighting will provide drama, whilst statement furniture pieces will create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests.
