At Pfeiffer Design we have our very own workshop (which we posted about last week, telling you how the workshop was having a bit of a spruce up). It’s the place where we get all our soft furnishings made. Here, Henny (our seamstress) spends many hours perfecting a new cushion or pair of curtains made with one of our designer brand fabrics. We also produce bespoke beds, chairs and sofa’s to suit our clients designs.
Here’s some of our latest bespoke bed creations we have produced for our clients. We hope you like them too!
Here’s a luxurious double bed we made for a client in navy blue velvet. It’s been teamed with mirrored bedside tables and smoked glass pendant lights. We made some soft pink cushions and a grey smokey velvet ottoman to go at the end of the bed.
And another with tall backed buttoned headboards in beautiful soft greys to compliment the majesty and feel of the bedroom which is part of a historic country house.
We’ve also had some unusual requests from our younger clients to make bespoke bedhead and beds, here’s a couple of examples of boys’ bedrooms one with a padded stripped wall and another with a bespoke round bed!
When it comes to shaping interior spaces, two terms often come up: interior design and interior architecture. We cover the key differences between both practices and why understanding this difference matters.
