Our talented FF&E interior designers offer a turnkey home furnishing service, alongside our full interior design and architecture packages, for projects that require no structural work. Known in the industry as FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), these home furnishing projects have much shorter timeframes (think 6-12 months instead of 1-2 years) and cover the movable aspects of a home including soft furnishings, colour schemes and layout configurations.

As with all our interior design services, our FF&E home furnishing projects are tailored around your requirements and budget. Every home is different, but our design process remains the same. Our FFF&E design service includes the following elements:

What is our FF&E design process?

We pride ourselves on our transparent approach and a tried and tested design process that progresses your project from concept to completion in stages. Communication is key to the success of every interior design project, and we ensure that you always know exactly where you are (and what you’re paying for) as well as what’s coming next. We charge fixed fees per stage, helping you manage your budget more easily.

All our fees are proposed upfront, and set out in clear concise stages:

1 – Start-up meeting on site

2 – Conceptual stages to produce and present the overall vision

3 – Detail design stages incorporating specification, quotations and procurement of specified products, materials, finishes and elements

4 – Project coordination

Our FF&E interior designers are highly experienced in terms of delivering efficient on-site and remote project coordination, including communication with tradespeople where required, and organising deliveries to work around your busy lifestyle. We also offer a full installation service, including curtain hanging/steaming, final installation of all furniture items and accessories, hanging mirrors and artwork and styling.

We also offer an optional installation service, including build and installation of any pieces required, management of on-site tradespeople, curtain hanging/steaming and final positioning of soft furnishings and accessorising.
