Pfeiffer Design is delighted to present the photographs from our recently completed project in one of Brighton’s most prestigious luxury apartment blocks. Photographed by Daniela Exley Photography.
Before we started, the apartment was unremarkable and in need of modernisation, however it did have stunning sea views. So, in order to increase the usable space and realise the apartment’s full potential we gained planning permission to install panoramic windows and bring the balcony space inside, forming part of a spacious living area.
Our client had been inspired by Iron Man’s lair, so we installed a smart home automation system, dropped ceilings with concealed colour-changing LED lights, steam room, floating bed and minimalist bar area to create a smart, contemporary home with a sense of space reflected in the apartment’s uninterrupted sea views.
Installing a project on the 20th floor wasn’t without its challenges…including our window fitters having to abseil down the outside of the building to install the windows! The roof of the building is also home to nesting peregrine falcons so we worked with the Sussex Ornithological Society to ensure that the installation didn’t disturb them.
